  • Weekly pay & direct deposit
  • Paid training and continuing education
  • Career development opportunities

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Client/Caregiver schedules to ensure strong, consistent matches
  • Ensure shift coverage by proactively managing schedules and responding to conflicts, emergencies, and last-minute changes
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Clients, family members, Caregivers, and other care professionals — providing responsive, warm, and professional communication at every touchpoint
  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars
  • Support compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and internal policies
What We're Looking For

A successful candidate brings proven relationship-building skills, a calm and decisive presence under pressure, and a genuine passion for working with seniors. You're organized, dependable, and understand that great scheduling is really about great people skills.

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a scheduling, administrative, or coordination role within a home care or healthcare office setting
  • Clinical background as an HHA, CNA, or equivalent is a plus — it helps our schedulers empathize with both clients and caregivers
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or client-facing roles is strongly preferred — we value candidates who know how to make people feel heard and cared for
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with scheduling or care management software
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent wherever they call home
  • Must be able to pass a background check
